- Create-a-Book Publications ship their products using the Australia Post postal service. We offer a free pickup service for those in the Rockhampton and surrounding areas at a time suitable to us. If you want us to ship any other way, please select the 'Free Pickup' method at time of sale and send us an email advising us of your requirements.
- Privacy & Security
- Our policy is pretty straight forward. Any information that we collect from you in the process of making a sale, or collected by us from messages emailed WILL NOT be given out to anyone. Should you loose your password, then your only means of retrieving access to your account is through the 'Forgot Password' link on the 'create an account' page. We will not respond to any emails requesting this information.
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted. For errors made due to our fault we have a return to base warranty where we will pay for the freight back to us for corrections to be made and freight back to you again. However, spelling errors made on your submitted orders will not be our responsibility and therefore replacements will not be issued. They will be treated as a new order. Should we come accross a word that we suspect maybe incorrect, we will contact you for clarification but this procedure does not make us liable should we not contact you.
- Ordering
- Ordering is simple. Select the product you want and fill out the required information. The information provided will be used in the manufacturing of the product selected. Orders are taken as final once payment has been received.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept the following forms of payment at our store:

- PayPal
- Credit Cards
Credit cards are accepted by selecting PayPal as the payment method and once at the PayPal site you can make your payments with any of the major Credit Cards without the need for a PayPal account using their secured payment processing system.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders you can simply log into your account. All past and present orders are viewable with the ability to reorder books and other items as per the last order. So for example, you send a book to your niece and she happens to loose it or drops it cinto the pool, just find her order and click re-order. All the filled out details are retainied.
- Updating Account Information
- Your account information can easily be updated through your dashboard. Just log into your account and use the side menus to make your necessary changes.
